Bonnie Lippincott
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Bonnie Lippincott began her career in 1984 as a manager for Roy Rogers restaurants.

Ms. Lippincott joined the company as a manager in 1985 upon the acquisition of several Roy Rogers units. In 1996 she was promoted to director of Operations for Roy Rogers and Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar. In 2004 she was promoted to vice president of Operations. In 2010 she was promoted to vice president and chief operating officer with responsibility of overseeing the company’s unit level operations.

She received the Operator of the Year award for the Roy Rogers concept for 1989, 1990, 1991 and 1992 and awards for Best Customer Service for 1999 and Comp Sales Growth & Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) for 2004 from Applebee’s International, Inc. In October 2007 Ms. Lippincott was named Operator of the Year by Applebee’s International, Inc.

She completed the 2004 Dale Carnegie Course training program by B.E. Bresnick & Associates Inc. 

Ms. Lippincott studied electrical engineering at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Ms. Lippincott and her husband reside in Dover, Pennsylvania where she enjoys yoga, many outdoor activities and participating in the Marine Corps Marathon.
