Catherine Chuck’s career includes employment as an assistant manager with Marriott Family Restaurants, Olive Garden, Stuart Anderson’s Black Angus and Lonestar Restaurants. Ms. Chuck joined the company in 1996 as an assistant manager, was promoted to general manager in 1997, marketing manager in 1999, director of marketing in 2001 and vice president of marketing and public relations in 2011. Her responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of marketing and public relations for the company. Ms. Chuck is a member of the MEG (Marketing Executives Group) with the National Restaurant Association. Ms. Chuck is a 1989 graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. Ms. Chuck resides in Doylestown, Pennsylvania with her husband and son. She enjoys the beach, golf, reading, and wine collecting. |
