Jason Rose
Vice President of Real Estate

Jason Rose began his career with The Rose Group in 1996 as an assistant manager for Einstein Bros Bagels and was promoted to training manager. During his tenure he has also held the positions of assistant manager and marketing assistant for Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar.

Mr. Rose accepted the position of special project coordinator in 2002 and in 2005 was promoted to development manager. In April 2007 he was promoted to director of Real Estate. In 2010 he was promoted to vice president of Real Estate where his responsibilities include overseeing the acquisition and development of real estate, equipment warranty work, restaurant remodels, additions, and post construction assessment.

Mr. Rose is a graduate of Elon University with a bachelor’s degree in Business and a minor in Marketing.

Mr. Rose resides in Doylestown, Pennsylvania with his wife and three children. He enjoys gardening, traveling and sports.
