Let Applebee's help your charity, civic group, club, non-profit organization or school raise funds with our Dining to Donate program.

Locate upcoming Dining to Donate events near you and read about other organization's past successes.

Here’s how it works:

• You request a date and time to sponsor a Dining to Donate event by completing and submitting the form below. Dining to Donate events are limited to Monday through Wednesday.
  
• You will be contacted by a manager at your selected Applebee's restaurant to confirm your Dining to Donate event.
• You receive an email link to a personalized flier promoting your Dining to Donate event to print and distribute to supporters of your organization. Fliers must be distributed in advance of the event night to your supporters to encourage attendance. Fliers cannot be distributed at the event or on restaurant property.
  
• Your supporters present the flier to their server on the day of the event. Guest checks must have a Dining to Donate flier attached in order to be eligible.
• Applebee’s will donate 10% of all your supporters' food and beverage purchases to your organization (not including tax and gratuity).
• Groups must show proof of eligibility (501c3 status).
